The Lamb's Fold has a very important asset: its dedicated staff. Many of our staff and board members have faced some of the same difficult issues encountered by our clients: homelessness, domestic violence, dating violence, assault, stalking, loss of employment, loss of relationship, etc. These life experiences, and the successful transition beyond them, equip our staff to relate to residents in a non-judgmental, caring, positive way. Our corporate culture is to offer care, compassion, encouragement, and support. We are passionate about helping others.
All staff members are trained for their positions and participate in ongoing workshops and training seminars. Each staff member is trained in CPR, is First Aid Certified by the American Red Cross, and participates in emergency preparedness and fire safety training. Domestic violence training is also an important part of our staff's continuing education, as well as various workshops and seminars.
If you are interested in more information about joining our staff, please see the Careers page on this website.
